Tobacco Dock Masterplan, London

Feasibility study for the regeneration of a Grade I Listed, 20,000 sqm Victorian Warehouse and 6 adjacent sites in Wapping, East London.

Extensive research into the rich history of the building, which used to be used for the storage of tobacco and rum, and was partly destroyed during the Blitz, in close collaboration with Historic England and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

The masterplan included a feasibility for a 4-star, 350-room, 17,000 sqm hotel and residential buildings with 800+ units and 400+ parking spaces.
