I liaised directly with the disparate client body and expert consultants to elicit and record the complex brief and capture the necessary functional and scientific adjacencies into a comprehensive quantitative brief.

Won competition for a 140 hectare Business Park masterplan with eco corridors and landscaped parks for airport related companies. The masterplan is to be executed over a 30 year period. Ultimately the business park is meant to generate funds to keep the airport economically viable.
