Philips High Tech Campus

Masterplan for the regeneration of Royal Philips Electronics High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, to accommodate 10,000 FTE and 106,000 sqm of new physics laboratories for the invention and innovation of new appliances and products.

The masterplan consists of buildings set to an urban grid system, in a landscaped park at the intersection of a moor, marshland and a wooded area. Multi storey car parks with green facades were centralised to keep the development pedestrian friendly. Awarded ‘Best Business Estate Development in The Netherlands’ in 2006.

Involved in the concept and developed designs of the IST and CCS laboratory buildings and the concept design of ‘The Strip’, a central amenities building with conference facilities, restaurants, a gym, a hairdresser and a bank.
