Residential development of 3,800 units in West Ham, east London. Involvement in Phase 1, 640 affordable, lease and private units in 6 buildings including two 30-storey towers, on a 2-storey podium. London’s largest residential planning approval in 2018.

Project Architect towers, RIBA Stage 3 (Developed Design) and overall architectural lead in RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) for the delivery of 30 tender packages, managing a 20-person team in London and Bangalore.

Resolution of project-critical design issues, incl. interface with West Ham Station (District Line and DLR), and drafted Technical Notes to help and record client decision-making and reduce project risks and Atkins exposure. Organised and led design and technical reviews of tender packages and NBS specifications. Drafted project-wide outline specification and 2,200-document Stage 4 Information Release Schedule.

Revit BIM deliverables in RIBA Stage 4 in accordance with PAS 1192 & AIA BIM Forum 2016 LOD 300. Used Navisworks federated model for coordination and presentations. Contributed to project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Revit 2018/NBS Build integration.

Certification for NHBC 2018, Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, Secure by Design 2016 Silver, BREEAM Excellent and Lifetime Homes.
